You could smell flesh when Billy Croun got excited telling a story, because he’d burn his own fingers with his cigarette.

Billy told a lot of stories, and apparently had nerve damage on the whole left side of his body from a zoo train accident when he was a kid, because he didn’t even flinch when his cigarette burned his left hand.
