Bonner liked Marty, generally, and didn’t know him to be a liar. A criminal, for sure, but not a liar.
He had gotten in with Marty on the pinball thing, that made ‘em about 4100 each, and no one got busted.
Marty’s fingers were going crazy today, Bonner couldn’t follow them, or Marty’s pitch, which he was only half paying attention to.
