The imaginary conversation with the author...

Me: “I wonder what the hell he did?”

Jimmy: “It doesn’t really matter.”

Me: “I know.... the story stands on its own. But dammit...ya got me thinking about it.”

The first one to the media wins the war of public support. Is he Robin Hood or Hannibal Lecter?

A great line here! It would make a fine opening line, too. Gio has obviously committed a crime, but I felt for him, and for what he might have been. A lot of engagement in such a short page, Jimmy

Even the bad guys want to do good somehow even at the end of the line, feeling sorry for him not being able to finish his crazy last efforts.

This gave me that feeling you get when you know your busted. The drawing of attention from the security guard. I was hoping for him to get away until the cop's comments suggesting his crime may have been violent. Good story.

Everyone wants and needs redemption. Well... not everyone... I'm just glad so many of the people in Jimmy Doom's world want or need it. It makes the characters worth the investment of the time, however short. Thank you for treating your characters and readers with the respect they deserve.
