Turgen Wallace wrote a note on looseleaf paper, got a stain on the paper with a can of Diet Pepsi and hand delivered the stained, misspelled note to Nalverton City Council.
The note said that he wanted to make the vacant Starlight Theater into an adult movie theater.
When they read the note amongst themselves, the City Council’s general consensus was that Turgen might not be aware that people had access to all nature of adult content right on their phones and home computers.
They were gonna save him the trouble of going broke and just veto the idea.
