Did NOT see that coming. Felt even more real than the most real of your stories. If you ever visit Seattle, please let me know!

I’m deep into work on Book #3. I’d love to think I can do a real book tour and make Seattle a stop

Seems this town would adore you. At least the town I moved to 40 years ago.

I’d loved to be adored in Seattle. Many of my friends in bands have special relationships with particular cities.

I get the feeling there will be a whole new world opening up in Seattle.

It is a beautiful city.

Thanks Justin. This was written after I set aside a piece I wasn’t happy with.

Love the turn. The narrative sets up the mood nicely and the atmosphere is lovely, but that reveal at the end hits like the crack of a home run. Very nicelyl done...

Thank you. I love stories that end with a crack or a twist or a scare.

Same. They're a joy to write, the sheer depth and breadth of possability makes every one unique and interesting, and the dynamics change depending on the length of the piece so its easy to keep things interesting. You've done a lovely job here with with the timing, saving the turn until the very end of the short peice for maximum impact so kudos, one writer to another. The brain candy's much appreciated...

Thank you. My brain really wants to work on novels, but the world isn’t cooperating. Happy to have a receptive audience for the short stuff
