I know what Americans call suspenders the British call braces .I guess you might mean garters. I meant actual American suspenders going from waistline over breasts, and if I'm not mistaken, that was a look for the staff of a lesser chain of American "eateries".

I'm going to guess, with my limited knowledge of anatomy and law that they would have to be American style and not traditional British braces.
