There is a lot of meat on this bone, Jimmy.

Thanks. There are a few lately that I could probably turn into novels.

When I finish my NaNoWriMo Fantasy novel , I may go for a contemporary novel if I can find some financing.

Right on. I liked it. Short but sweet. My high school English prof saved me from getting expelled. Good stuff.

Fr. Canfield straight up told the principal that if they kicked me out he'd resign. The principal tried to call his bluff. Fr. Canfield stood up and said " I'll be back in 10 minutes with my resignation letter and we'll leave the building together."

They didn't kick me out. I graduated.

This is powerful stuff. (I dropped out of Catholic HS mid senior year, but all’s well that ends well).

This one is quite the story, Jimmy.

Every profession has members all across the spectrum from wonderful to horrible.

It is very disconcerting when one is found to have betrayed trust, especially if we admired them.

As difficult as it may seem at the time, the only thing which can be done is to rise above and continue on.

The world is full of horrible people. I'd love to see the good ones win more often.

Thanks. Too bad the finances are really bad. I won't be able to keep this up much longer without significant growth.

I loved this and I often read them twice. I find myself thinking about the characters in great depth, something I never do with other authors.

Thank you. A lot of thought goes into each one. I spend more time thinking about them than typing. Super happy they mean something to you.

I, too, was raised by my grandparents for a significant part of my life. My Gramps was my hero and could do no wrong. After he passed I heard whispered comments about him that I desperately didn't want to believe. This story reminds me that we all have secrets.

My grandparents were a huge part of my life and I lived with them for a while.

It seems only bad stuff comes out after people die. If they can disparage Mother Theresa they can disparage anyone

I know it is. It was very delicate to write. Thanks. I always care about your opinion but in this one it has even more weight.
