Jimmy, how do you know so much about women?

Raised by my mom and a very smart grandmother, both of whom taught me to carefully observe and listen.

Thank you my friend. My girlfriend approved it before I hit publish and she's happy you agree with her.

Wow...you actually have somebody who says yes, it's a good idea, or No, that's not gonna work?

Having a beta reader before I post is a rarity. Extremely rare.

I ran one about disability past a good friend with spinal bifida, and because this one was so deeply attuned to a woman's perspective, I ran it past my girlfriend first. I think there were one or two others for a max of 4 in over 1320 pieces of fiction.

So almost all of what you've read of mine was completely without a net.

Damn Jimmy! Absolutely loved it! Giving me lots of flashbacks from the hundreds of hours I spent playing outside Kroger the beauty salon. What an honor! I felt this one in my bones man! You’re the best Jimmy! thank you so much!

I was writing it about Veronica, then I thought " Veronica needs one person who sees her" and it just wrote itself from there.

I really liked this, Mike, although I was humming Veronica to the tune of Valerie, by the Zoots, and later covered by Amy Winehouse.

Great, engaging, insightful writing.

Thanks for sharing.
