Welcome to the scene where the hard boiled detective gets to unravel the mystery of how, in a world which has attempted to normalize the abnormal, a murder-for-hire is, as always, simply a matter of sex, love and video, but in this case, none of the aforementioned are real.

Jimmy, as fiction goes (and it's totally believable), this is definitely a WOW story.

And that was merely the opening act in a three-part-er.

I was trying to imagine Craig Stevens or Peter Faulk in the detective role.
