Thank you so much for sharing this delightful tale! It reminds me of a true story from Scafati, Italy in the 1950s.
The phone service was notoriously bad, and to place a call from that town to Naples -- perhaps a 35-to-40-minute drive covering around 20 miles -- one would often be on "hold" for 45 minutes. On one occasion, an employee of my uncle had tried to reach him for almost two hours, whereupon he let out a string of invective, tore the phone off the wall, and hurled out the window. This solitary act touched off a "revolution"; soon half the phones of the town were lying in the gutters.
How similar to the legendary toilet of your narrative, which "went viral"! Happily, the angry consumers eventually got a somewhat improved service. I recycled and embellished this episode in my novel, IF MUSIC BE THE FOOD OF LOVE.
I'll take those real LOL's every time
Ha ha ha!! Much needed vibes. Thanks my friend 💕
I'm glad this one sparked so much happiness

Again, gratitude for your post!
I remember the dreaded busy signal. Especially trying to win concert tickets from radio stations
...and I remember the "party line" telephone!
Love it!
Who knew fiction could be so real?
Teens on toilets on longboards - that'll bring out the cameras.
Stay tuned.
I think I think I saw it once. I think I've seen a lot of weird shit once
Drippy vibes… “wait for the shake!”
This is the best thing I have read in ages.
That makes me happy
Love it—very fun!
I love providing fun
Made me smile. Thin line between…
This one is a lot of fun!
